The place was great. I think they only have ten rooms. My only complaint was the only source of lighting besides a tiny lamp which hardly worked in the corner was a very bright center light. If it had a dimmer, or alternative source of ambient light, the place would be so much more enjoyable. Balcony was great. Breakfast was good.

The location is great, 5 minutes from airport. The room was clean but amenities were a problem. The AC unit was blowing air right on the face when sleeping. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work properly. Water stream was very weak from the showerhead. No body spoke English, hence communication was a problem.

Exotic hotel in exotic places. I spent one week holiday in the Hotel. Unique, beautiful building in magical beautiful Brazilian beach.The staff are very friendly, the rooftop of the hotel gives a beautiful view from around Ilheus, and the airport, the sea, and the beach. I just love it.😊

Pegamos o quarto que está recém reformado, estava limpo e confortável. O hotel é lindo, o restaurante é na beira da praia, atendimento excelente. Estamos viajando a 15 dias por várias cidades e de longe foi o melhor café da manhã que tivemos. A tapioca feita na hora estava top demais. Quando voltarmos a Ilhéus com certeza iremos nos hospedar aqui novamente.

O hotel é muito bacana, agradável. Ficamos num quarto vista mar. Fomos muito bem acolhidos, viemos em famila com uma filha autista, fiz solicitações para alimentação e o pessoal da cozinha foi muito solicito e resolveu bem. So deixo uma sugestão sobre estacionamento, que ao confirmarmos a reserva sejamos informados que o estacionamento é antes da entrada do hotel e que sem essa informação a gente precisa fazer uma volta de quase 1km, acho que pode-se rever este item. A unica coisa que achei que precisa melhorar. No mais muito bom ao lado do aeroporto.

Hotel com boa localização, boa vista para a praia, perto do aeroporto. Porém no dia da minha estadia, estava com uma reforma ao lado. Outro ponto que acho que deveria melhorar é a posição do ar condicionado, bem de frente ao rosto.

Para um hotel 4 Estrelas tem de ser bem melhor

Permanecemos durante 12 dias no Opaba Hotel, portanto podemos fazer uma avaliação bastante detalhada do que observamos. O hotel, 4 estrelas, está bem posicionado a beira-mar, entretanto não oferece nenhum tipo de apoio no mar (cadeira, espreguiçadeira, guarda-sol), tínhamos que usar a de um bar particular, sem vínculo ao hotel, que fica posicionado ao lado. Nos foi dito que isso deve-se a uma obra que estava sendo realizada no hotel. Realmente havia uma obra, mas durante todo o nosso período ela estava parada e em nada impediria oferecer um apoio aos hóspedes na praia. O serviço no restaurante e na piscina deixavam muito a desejar. Demorava-se, no mínimo 45min para um prato ticar pronto e ser servido e algumas das vezes o pedido não vinha certo. Havia claramente escassez de funcionários para atendimento, mas gostaria deixar claro que todos os funcionários que tivemos contato foram sempre bastante gentis e atenciosos. Passamos as festas de Ano Novo e o hotel não disponibilizou nenhum tipo de celebração por essa passagem, indicou nos um outro que poderíamos ir. Não há serviço de água e/ou café na recepção, o que consideramos normal em hoteis dessa categoria. O que faziam era cerca de 1500-1600hs disponibilizar uma garrafa de chá/café com uma pequena quantidade de fatias de bolo/salgados. Como aspecto positivo gostaria de destacar o café da manhã que diariamente apresentava novidades como bolos e salgados diferentes e também a qualidade da cama que era bastante confortável.
