Amazing place very clean

Everyone/everything was wonderful--this was my 2nd time there so the reason I returned was because I so enjoyed it the 1st time - and am looking forward to a 3rd time.

This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel.staff very nice. Food was good. The only thing was no conditioning for shower just shampoo and bath gel. They also need a little shelf in the shower to hold things. Over all great place...would stay again...definitely recommended...

The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.

Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).

Our stay was wonderful. We were even allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel’s location is near everything you could need.

The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. Old town is also easily to reach by foot. It would be great to add some curtains to the window. Our room had a street view and the "top to bottom" style window had only blackout curtains,...

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

After a busy day touring Palma, it's wonderful to return to a clean, comfortable, and peaceful hotel. This is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in during our 23 day tour of Spain. Not too far from central area of Palma. Convenient to bus stops to and from the airport on bus #1. Very cheerful and helpful front desk staffs on all shifts. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Modern hotel with gorgeous views and a very friendly staff. We were here in the off season so the weather wasn't always cooperating. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can stay a few more days.

Major boutique vibes and a truly unique property! The room was spacious, spotless, and the staff was fantastic. Great service on the rooftop and a lovely spa to top it off. 10/10 stay.
