"The hotel itself was great, but the staff was incredible! I love they replaced your towels at Hilton properties now every day. But from the maintenance staff to the person who hosted the breakfast to the front clerks, and all around the staff was wonderful! We loved Freda from breakfast,. Helpful and personable beyond expectation! The front desk staff was amazing! Mae, Marie, Beth, and I believe there was one other one that were there while we were there went all out to assist us! We have been to this hotel many times because we have family in Mount Zion, but this may have been the best stay yet!"

"Very clean and comfortable. Pillows were very good mattresses were extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the body wash in the shower was empty."

"Great location for Lincoln sites. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful in looking for suggestions for restaurants and directions. Only problem was in the shower. Needed to move the head so water didnt flood bathroom. Only one shower curtain, no liner and it slid down slooping bar so lots of water got out. Needed additional towels to sop up all the water."

"The communication about a deposit of $200. I had to pay a deposit at check in. In which was not mentioned in the message the hotel sent me confirming my reservations. The room was not the greatest this time. We had to clean the bathroom from hair in the tub and urine around the toilet. The tile on the bathroom floor was cracked the grout was breaking apart."
