This is an astounding combination of upscale hotel with a full-service, multifaceted series of spa facilities. The bathrooms are unusually large for a European hotel. The main restaurant serves outstanding meals and truly abundant, esthetically prepared, and highly varied breakfast and dinner buffets that exceed any that I have seen in my...

Only 10 minute walk from train station to the hotel which is the Old City. Hotel is the oldest in the city, built in 1893 and had been completely renovated. Our room was immaculate with a parlor decorated with antique furniture. Great buffet breakfast in the ballroom dining room. The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants and a few minutes walk to the main attractions. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Excellent value!!
