They informed us of their pleasant terrace on 4th floor which gave fantastic views over Granada. The cafe next door was owned by the son and ideal for breakfast. "

"We stayed in this property on 31st Dec & Jan 1 and were not prepared for the new year's celebration in Plaza del Carmen where this property is situated. We did arrive a bit late and had little trouble finding the property just as it was busy plaza that night. The guest services were very kind and replied to our messages even after hours and helped us check in smoothly. "The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

"I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. "The Hacienda is a breathtaking property, tucked up in the Andalusian hills away from everything. Olive trees stretch out in every direction, and the peace and quiet is truly breathtaking.
