There is a mall very close and lots of restaurants. However we were told not to walk around there after dark. So we drove the 3 blocks and parked in the garage for less than $1. Worth it. "The hotel is very well located. However the person at the check in provided a very poor service. He was almost rude in his demeanor to treat customers. He didn't even provide the wifi information, nor any information in regards to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, yet the coach was very dirty. It was a hassle to close the windows in the rooms as they have poor maintenance and one handle was almost broken. I had a room on the ground floor and the noise was terrible.
