Condo Rentals in Ilocos Sur

"This property was a scam. I booked the place just December of last year and When I went there to check-in, the security guard said the unit was not available and it was for longterm rent. I called the property manager using the number provided in the email by Vrbo using 2 different phones (US and Philippines) but the person was not picking up. Do not rent this place! "

"The reservation was canceled at the lasr minute leaving me scrambling to find another accommodation. We never stayed at this establishment. "

"Looks like owner lives in this unit and just moves out for a few days when it get rented. Bedding was not washed, pillows smelled like drooled in. Place was really cramped with clutters and extra seats and table. Whole place smelled like moth balls and strong chemicals. Would have not rented this unit if I knew what I was going into. We rented three more units in this condo and they are all clean except for this one."
