Very friendly staff from the security personnels, receptionist, etc. Room is clean with useful amenities such as the kitchen, washer, and full size refrigerator. Prompt response to request. The hotel is next to restaurants, banks, drugstores, bakeshop; close proximity to SM Delgado. Very convenient location. I will come back again. Thanks everyone!!!

We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day

Excellent .Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. But when something unfortunate happens, as it did during our stay , me and my friend trapped in elevator. I pushed the button to go up, and 2 seconds later.. the elevator jolted.. We were stuck! (1st time) It was truly the scariest 10-15 mins of my life. Good thing I'm with my friend and not alone lol , and we don't have Claustrophobia. Kudos to the maintenance team who respond right away .
