I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)

Clean rooms, good staff, coffee shop and beauty shop at the ground floor..it’s safe place but it needs an upgrade with their AC units and doors so there’s no mosquitoes problem

It's corner property and it's so loud night and day, so hard to sleep... Room insolation is not good, you can hear all the noise outside... Caretaker is nice, location is good, but very loud and noise, cars driving, car horn and people talking down the streets are very loud
