Ok place to stay

Value for money. Ok place if guest just want a place to sleep for the night though the noise from the street can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Service from hotel staff is fast and courteous.

Elevator not working and I was given a room at the 4th floor Towels not so clean, they leave a foul smell in your body when used Water is yellowish

Decent for the price. Excellent customer service.

I gave a 4 out of 5 with facilities just because of the slow internet/wifi streaming. I had better reception when i was closer to the ground/ main level. I added extra days to stay and & got assigned a diff room. Room's perfect. BUt internet streaming/wifi got really challenging. If not so slow, I couldn't get a any at all. Contantly on "reconnecting" mode. But overall, I would recommend this place.

Nice and friendly staff

Hotel employees are accommodating and always with a smile assisting you "very Ilonggo" like character which I dearly missed being away for 14 yrs. I salute the management for investing in their employees. Only thing that I can comment in my stay is that darn sound system in front during the day it is freaking annoying. Also try to eliminate ant infestation in the rooms because it is ok for us ex pats to see this but with foreigners it is a negative sight to them.

2日宿泊。2階の角部屋。立地や設備、スタッフには不満は感じなかった。wifiも問題無し。コンセントが枕元付近に無いのとチェックインが14時というのは注意すべきかな。残念だったのは、二日目の晩、隣の部屋からなぜか大音響のカラオケが響いてきた事です。

Good for the price.

Room was small, but tastefully decorated. Restaurant had limited dinner selection, but the breakfast was a lot better than usual in this price range. The hotel is close to the river promenade, but the neighborhood on the way there is not very nice.

古いが良く整備されている

時間帯にもよるとは思うがシャワー水圧が弱い。お湯が出ない。場所は旧市街の中心で、旧中華街、周りの建物も良く保存されており、雰囲気は良い。朝食は定食で、フィリピン風。今一つだが、前日買っておいたマンゴをスライスして出してくれた。良く冷えていた。サービスは良い。

Old hotel with good location

room was very hot. the bathroom had no window just a whole in the wall with bars on it. fully open to the outside so the bathroom was like a 100 degrees all the time.
