In the morning you get a home made Hot Breakfast, with Coffee and even a fresh squeezed glass of Orange Juice absolutely free! we hit the jackpot when we booked this hotel. It was our first time in El Salvador. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and even a movie theater. Close enough to the cathedral, the library and the Palace by cheap Uber. (driving is hectic) but the best part was the service. So much, that we ended up eating every day at the hotel. The people there is fantastic. Thank you Armando and Rafael

Hotel Villa Serena was great! It is a very clean, spacious property. The staff made us feel at home. They were attentive to our needs as well as accommodating. The place is in a very safe place and conveniently located close to different restaurants and the Galleria Mall. Breakfast was nice and varied. Totally recommend.

What took the cake for me is that when we pulled up it was raining hard and the young lady working the front desk came out with umbrellas holding them for us to keep the rain off of us, that's customer service I've never expected nor received.
