"We stayed during 4th of July and the fireworks show from the condo pool area was a perfect spot to watch. The location of the condo is the best. So close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rec area was a nice bonus for the kids and even us adults. You're never too old for the pool tables, ping pong or the claw game. The condo unit was perfect for our 2 adults and 2 children. Great communication with Belinda. We would definitely stay there again."

"Host and location were great. No where does it say this is a timeshare resort. Room was not ready 2 hours after checkin time then had to listen to time-share speech and turn down a 90 minute tour. Amenities say air conditioning and beach furniture. There is no A/C in any room but was given a box fan. No beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. "

"This is a great place to stay for the weekend. It's close to everything. The pool and hot tub are nice, even when it's raining. There were not clear checkout instructions posted or communicated, had to ask a neighbor."

"Gorgeous fall weekend in Long Beach with incredible sunset & moonrise as you dig away razor clams! Wasn’t as lucky with the clams as we didn’t get our limit but the weather was perfect! It was beautiful! We’ve been here before but this weekend tops it all! Will go back again."

"Room was spacious and clean, even though it’s old. There was no air conditioning which makes the room smell a little musty. Breakfast was very good with a big selection of choices. The employees were all very nice and helpful. Awesome location on the promenade. Would definitely stay there again."
