"We will definitely booked this hotel next time. It’s in the center of everything. People were nice and helpful. Room was outstandingly very excellent complete with awesome views, clean, and usable with an office desk section. The only thing that’s difficult was using the TV since we can’t understand or read Chinese and we just gave up using television whenever we’re in the room. But we really didn’t felt a need for TV anyways. The proximity to the Bund was a plus since I make it a point to wake up early and do my exercise. The conscience folks were extra helpful as well and the on site restaurant was so awesome to allow us to heat our extra food we stored in the room mini refrigerator. The price charged to us was well worth it. Why opt for 5 star hotel if this one measured up with them? It’s a place to book folks!!! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠"

"One of best locations in Shanghai to stay. Staff are nice and accommodating. Easy dining options. Buffet Breakfast is included and good. Coffee are good with nice coffee machine. Hotel city views of good too. Lt is near subway station and easy going all around. Very good stay, thanks!"

"a little dated, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel, but most staff are very helpful, especially those gentlemen from the concierge team (e.g. Zero, the staff who helped with my bags when i checked in on Thursday and the gentleman in specs from night shift (didn’t get their names sorry). Zhang from security is also very helpful, my friends and i were full of hands with all our stuff for the past few days and he will kindly help to hold the door for us when we get off the cars when we reach. Thanks for the pleasant stay. "

"Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle."
