"Hotel Vista Nagoya was a wonderful and memorable part of our trip in Japan. The concierge staff was very accommodating about receiving our luggage ahead of our arrival, and even put it in our rooms upon check in day. They were also super helpful in sending out our souvenirs to the airport, so we could travel worry free. The best part of the day was the breakfast service, provided by the wonderful breakfast crew. Since we wake up at 6:30 during this trip, the breakfast service was a game changer in our daily travels, since almost nothing is open that early. They served vegetables, salad, daily changing protein options and sides, rice/Unagi rice, soups and the best French toast you'll have so far! I would go back to Nagoya just to stay here again. "I stayed here in July and absolutely loved this hotel! The views from the rooms were beyond beautiful! It overlooks the mountains and river. The spa amenities were quite impressive. The pool, hot-tub, ice cold tubs were all impeccably clean. The temperature was perfect on all three. The beautiful changing rooms with vanities are a classy touch. The morning buffet had a great variety and was delicious! Most of the head staff spoke English. I can’t wait to stay there again. "

"Nice stay, not much to complain about really other than two nitpicks: My bed had light shining in from the corridor through the peephole, somehow hitting me directly in the face in the middle of the night. Claiming to be eco friendly and then serving individually wrapped Q-Tips is a little ridiculous."
