"The host did not communicate well. Didn’t receive check in information and had to contact VRBO. The location was difficult to find and the pictures of the outside and neighborhood do not match. Also no hot water, couldn’t use the fans in the rooms because they were missing and when told the host they did not respond. The windows wouldn’t close all the way which meant mosquitos were getting in. Unfortunately wouldn’t use again."

"I want to first point out how punctual and how well the house manager Hector's communication was. He was great! The house itself it's fantastic. I love it because it's in a quiet quaint small subdivision. The neighbors are friendly. The house is ideal for a couple or a small family and it's really close to all the stores, restaurants, banks, and Dorada Beach.
