"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

The property is amazing -- there are actually three separate apartments, plus extensive outdoor areas including a huge pool and pickle ball court. "We had a fantastic stay. Check in with Ivo was thorough, he gave us loads of useful recommendations & was on hand throughout via what’s ap. House is clean and generally well equipped. There were a couple of things I thought were missing..chopping board, ice tray, coat hangers (we asked for more & got them next day) & for me the bathroom lacked space/shelves for toiletries. Be careful on the narrow, stone stairs (3 flights), especially the bottom step which isn’t illuminated like the others....

"This place was super cute and clean. Communication with the owner was good. It was definitely appreciated that we had a dedicated parking spot. Even though we were there late May (before peak tourist season), parking was already crazy. This place was within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and all the other Trulli. "Would absolutely recommend this place! The location is perfect just 1 minute walk from the old town and a 5 minute walk to the Monopoli beach. Ivo made our stay very nice. The place looks way much better in the reality than on the picture. We loved being at the balcony at the afternoons/nights. The appartment is perfect for a couple/two persons. Thank you Ivo!"
