I was visiting my home town with my boyfriend (we're a gay couple) and was really worried we would be disrespected by non-LGBTQ friendly staff, specially given I know the city and how it can be unfriendly at some places, and Bristol seemed like a safe choice. We couldn't be happier! The staff was really friendly and welcoming of us, treated us really well, was very helpful when needed. The rooms where also very comfortable (the most comfortable we've had on our trip to Brazil), AC was working perfectly and the breakfast was really good and authentic. Couldn't recommend more :)

During the booking of this hotel I had no troubles or encountered any inconveniences, however, upon calling a day before my flight to make sure everything was set and filed for my check-in I noticed that they do not speak any of the languages they outline on the Expedia App. I did not think much of it at first but I did find it strange since it can be considered as false advertising. I also didn’t enjoy having too many ants around my room or the fact that there is no specific schedule for cleaning, they just ring the bell at any given time of day. The bell ring can also make anyone have a heart attack. I’ve been to 3 star hotels in other countries but this “4 star” hotel just did not meet my expectations, it lowered it.

Funcionários super atenciosos. Da recepção ao restaurante. Bom café da manhã. Quarto confortável. Únicas atenções: Banheiro => Box com muito lodo e a pia sempre entupida. E as rodas da cadeira que tem no quarto se "esfarela" deixando o quarto todo sujo.

Excelente hotel! Muito limpo, organizado e confortável. A cama é excelente, o banheiro impecável e os quartos têm uma linda vista para a cidade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. A localização é ótima, bem próxima ao aeroporto, com deslocamento rápido de táxi, além de contar com supermercado nas proximidades. Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel bom e com o hall grande. O quarto limpo e aconchegante. A equipe de funcionários são excelentes. O café da manhã tem boa qualidade. Único problema é o chuveiro que a água vem muito fina. Mas, em geral, o hotel é excelente
