In the district of Panegai 4.3 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, 7.5 km from the centre of Porto Maurizio, 31 km from the centre of Sanremo, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 4.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3 ha, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees. 900 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.2 km, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Imperia" 3.3 km, sandy beach "Borgo Marina" 6.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Marina 5.5 km.

Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley, the countryside, the forest and the ocean.
