The residence, composed of 22 apartments, is located in a late 19th-century patrician house that was completely renovated in 2013 and is surrounded by a private park with century-old trees. The structure is located in the most panoramic and elegant area of the city, approximately 500 m from the center and the sea. It enjoys a magnificent view over the Gulf of Imperia and has a swimming pool, a private beach 1 km away, and a private parking area.

A studio apartment designed for two people, furnished in a simple yet functional style, consists of a living room with a double foldaway sofa bed.

Located about 100 m from the city center, and about 800 m from the beach. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Imperia is about 8 minutes on foot, the Naval Museum of Imperia is 9 minutes on foot, and the Basilica of San Maurizio is about 10 minutes on foot. Villa Grock and the Olive Museum are about half an hour's drive away.
