There are more windows than walls in this bright house, you could enjoy Ligurian landscapes as if they were paintings in an art gallery.
Casa Gemmaeluce is a really comfortable accommodation for families and little groups of friends, this house is far from the noisy summer, but few minutes far from supermarkets, beaches and restaurants.
You’ll find here two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the mezzanine, over the kitchen. When needed, we offer even baby beds for the youngest guests.
This house offers a continuous air exchange system, hot air in winter, fresh air in summer. Closed windows guarantee an ideal climate in every season.
There are lots of free spaces in the house, so you could organize your stay in the best way.
The house finds a great part of its energy in the sun, through a solar panel system, so there is no gas inside the home, neither for cooking, nor for heating, so there is an induction hob and electric oven.
It is surrounded by a really big mediterranean park, mainly cultivated with olive trees (certified organic), so in the summer night, while looking at the stars, you could see even fireflies!
We produce organic olive oil and some vegetable, and we offer them to guests during their stay.
At home, you’ll find some book, art books, local kitchen and flora books, hoping that they will interest you.
And if you love the beach, you could reach it in few minutes by car, as well as the town with it's restaurant, museums, biblioteque, local market and supermarkets.
