"We usually stay in San Diego, so when I booked this place, I was not sure what to expect. However, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I love that it is right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Parking garage was a major plus. The pool and the hot tub were never busy and were always clean. The condo itself was modern, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We are coming back in December!"

"Nice and clean, fun layout, ocean view, excellent value for the price. There's a designated carport that I didn't know about when I booked (maybe I missed it, but it was a pleasant surprise). There was a little rust on the patio furniture outside, and some of the furniture was well-worn, but it was still a great place. Hosts are very communicative and friendly!"

"I was surprised to not get the instructions until my day of in. ( the day I flew in)I was very unclear re directions but I guess that was on me, therefore it took a while to find the place. I was also unaware that it was over a block of colorful shops and that the entire block was “700”. That info. was not disclosed in the description or my directions. It would have been extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and anguish. It also would have prevented me from ranting in messages and phone calls to the host. At least he responded quickly. I also had difficulty operating the lockbox due to poor instructions. The unit itself, once I finally gained access, was clean and cute. Very minimal kitchen, so don’t plan on cooking anything.It was over a record shop, which blasted music everyday over speakers during their entire open hours, but nighttime was quiet.It was just a few yards from the beach, but only had a street view. Overall it was fine for just a few days. I would suggest including a photo of the front block to avoid confusion, better bathroom lighting , cleaning the dust off the ceiling fan in the living space and better lockbox instructions."

"Beautiful beach house. Beds all comfortable and living space set well for family interaction. Views are amazing especially from the roof deck. Areas to improve.*Cleanliness can be improved. Food dried on island faucet. Floors dirty, was able to borrow a mop from the owner. (It is in the closet under the stairs) Downstairs carpet very dirty. Both upper and lower deck had trash. Had to vacuum the couches and carpet due to having pet hair on them. Glad there are as a vacuum to use as well as the broom and dust pan. A small spray mop would be highly recommended. *Can be a bit more generous with paper supplies. Six rolls of toilet paper for the week with nine people seems cheap considering what we pay for the house. Also paper towels. A few more bath towels would also be nice.*Propane was an issue. One tank was empty and the other did not have enough to cook with. Sent a few requests for propane which was not replaced until Tuesday. I understand the holiday weekend so maybe it should have been replaced or checked prior to our check in. *Ants in the house on all levels. Food only kept in the kitchen in plastic containers but still had ants. There was a spray bottle in the closet but the nozzle did not work. Ended up pouring spray into the window tracks and on the ground outside the dining room window.*Would like to have one cupboard available to put food items in. Maybe move the glassware from next to the refrigerator to over the bar area. *Left faucet inMB needs a washer."

"Beautiful place but needs a little upkeep being on the beach front. Noticed rust on the washer dryer and the doors would stick, doors and locks need a little attention. A bar or soap would be nice to have in the bathrooms and the bedroom closets were locked offering no place to hang cloths or put suitcases away. All around good stay and enjoyed the area and accommodations."
