"The staff were very nice. Check in was easy and when I went the next day yo tell them about the state of the room they were apologetic. It was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t really been cleaned well- sink and toilet were clean but walks and floor were gross. We didn’t get in until 2 am do it was morning before we really had a good look."

"The reason we stayed there was because we stayed at the same place last year at this same time and was able to leave our car and have a shuttle ride to the airport. Which is still advertised as a perk of the hotel, 24/7. The shuttle wasn’t available until after 8:00 am which was too late to catch our plane. We reserved 3 rooms totally for this reason. And of course they couldn’t refund it because it was reserved through Expedia. False Advertising!!"
