"It’s wonderful that it’s right on the airport so we can crush in. The room we started in was super tiny. No closet so it’s hard to settle in with large suitcases. For people with small carry on may not have problems. Stuffs are great very helpful and friendly and hardworking people. Very clean room. "

"This hotel is very convenient to access both Disney Parks at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is immediately across the street from the monorail station (one stop from Disney Sea, and three stops from Disneyland). Trains come constantly (approx every three minutes), so that could be easier. The hotel was clean and had a/c. There are a couple of restaurant options, a small but handy shop, a bell desk for leaving bags, wifi that worked well, and very kind, friendly, and helpful staff. However, I was disappointed. While review ratings marked this hotel very high, and it would have been an outstanding property in the ‘90s, it looks like nothing has been touched since. Despite new hallway carpet, everything in the room (which was huge and boasts a separate “foyer” from the rest of the room) was very old and worn. Clearly it is time for a refurb. The carpet is old and worn, showing many cleaned stains. The mattresses were very hard (and yet they felt ok for sleep). USB and power outlets have been added in an interesting and after thought manner. To compensate, curious amenities like 3 hairdryers and copious numbers of single use toiletries (everything from hair brushes to tooth brushes to hair nets!) were available in the room. (The shower was clean, water was hot, and pressure was strong.) It was fine for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay long term. There are properties near by that we checked out at a similar price point that were far nicer. I don’t understand the review hype."

"Good location to Disney parks, with shuttles to Disneyland and shuttle to the station to DisneySea, where you need to take the monorail 1 stop. You can also take the shuttle to Maihama JR station. I enjoyed the nautical theming of the hotel. The bed was comfortable for me."

"Location is great - adjacent convenience store, station opposite, shopping centre very near, but limited opening hours. Lovely views - Rainbow Bridge, colourful fountain display, Statue of Liberty. Breakfast in all restaurants and room service does not start until 7am. Night room service ends 10pm, restaurants close early. Sight seeing tours start early and some end late so you are forced to use adjacent convenience shop. Exec/club lounge hours are slo limited and hors d’oeuvres are not labled for food allergens or meat/vegetarian/vegan. Drinks selections were vast, and lounge itself is very nice. For an international hotel there were no English speaking staff. Airport Shuttle bus service has limited operating times, so you have to take taxis if your flights are outside of these hours. Signage and information is poor within the hotel. Majority signs are in Japanese only, some with poor English translations. Not everyone can speak and read Japanese. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are very good. Spa services but no hair/beauty salon. Ok for one or two nights only."

"Great to stay close to the parks. Shuttle runs every 10 mins from out the front. We never had an issue getting on. You can also catch the shuttle to the hotel with your luggage (juts make sure you go to the disney bus stop not the JR one)"

"The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING! "
