We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. Our hosts were friendly, loving, attentive and respectful. We accidentally found this fabulous hotel due to sudden change of our vacation plan. Hotel is located in very calm quiet area within 10 km from Sigiriya local ticketing office. We had an unexpectedly wonderful time in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Hotel has two well maintained pools and beautiful restaurant. Very welcoming and pleasant environment

The property was set just about 2mins from the main highway, making it very quiet. We loved that we couldn't hear any vehicles at all. The property was filled with lots of trees and we could hear and see peacocks many times during the day freely roaming around. The restaurant was very clean and spacious. We liked the breakfast very much. The staff was very courteous as well. The room was very spacious and clean as well, and had everything we needed. Overall, very happy with this property....

This property is pretty unique in its location, away from "the rest of the world". You really are in nature, surrounded by nothing else than rice paddies, lake, and such a variety of birds. It is peaceful, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is excellent and will accommodate vegetarian and gluten free needs. There is nothing I can fault our experience on!

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay at this property. The pool is exquisite and the rooms are so cool and beautiful. The wildlife is astounding and it was so tranquil to quietly watch it unfold around us. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well, arranging for us a trip to Lion Rock.
