"家族でとても快適に過ごせました。 場所が少しわかりにくいですが、事前にチェックイン案内メールに道案内が記載されていたので、迷うことなく辿り着けました。 室内はとても清潔でおしゃれでした。 一通りの家電（洗濯機、ケトル、電子レンジ、トースター、炊飯器）やカトラリーも揃っていて、長期滞在にも最適です。 ラップ、アルミホイル、洗濯洗剤、柔軟剤、全て揃っていて感動しました！ 家族でまた泊まりたいと思います。 "

"We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety. "New, clean, with a very accommodating and hospitable staff. Toddler tableware was already there when we checked in, and they brought us a high chair when we asked. Airport transfers available if you let them know ahead of time. "

"We got picked up and dropped off at the airport hassle-free, with no worries about our luggages. We had a fantastic time staying at this residency. Our stay was in a safe neighborhood, near 3 restaurants (including ramen and Chinese), a 7/11, and a convenience store named Yac’s. It was very convenient! Kim, our driver, safely dropped us off and picked us up at anywhere we requested to in Tokyo, and he was always on time. Very pleasant experience, and no complaints! Would definitely stay here...
