"All of the staff we came into contact with were brilliant people, so helpful and friendly. There is a general feeling of genuine, caring all done in a professional way. We used the sauna and indoor pool etc only once but I commend it also. Breakfast was also ideal. Estephani was a beautiful advert for the image of the hotel. She helped my Spanish for daily greetings! The staff behind the hot plate gave us beautiful omelettes all done with a smile. Manu who works on the front desk deserves a special mention from me. I had not even realised that I had dropped my wallet with passports and cards etc outside of the hotel so I was very surprised and incredibly grateful when he knocked our door to return them.
