- Particularly noteworthy about this country house with a maximum capacity for 6 people is its spacious and wonderfully well-kept outdoor area.
The 9.5 x 4.5 m salt water pool has a very comfortable entry and a depth of 0.8 to 2.10 m.
There is a large lawn between the house and the pool.
From a comfortably furnished veranda with access to the living area of the house, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the rural surroundings.
Inside the house, on 120 m2 living space, there are three double bedrooms (one of them with bathroom in suite), two further bathrooms, a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a living - dining room.
The finca is located on the outskirts of the town of Inca, in the heart of Mallorca.
A well connected area, ideal for starting excursions to the whole island.
