"Very nice hotel. But does not provide washcloths, tissue boxes and the hairdryer didn’t work but did not know that until the morning we left at 3:00am to catch an early flight."

"Room was spotless, plenty of hanging space and all the things you could need e.g. plenty bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and crockery. Soundproofing was good also never heard any noise anywhere. Great location for St.Enoch Square & Centre plus transport nearby - everything on your doorstep. Staff all very nice too. Would definitely stay there again. We were having at weekend at Ovo Hydro and this was ideal, better than going home (25 mins away) every night."

"My original room had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. I was greeted by an un-flushed WC. Also, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the spare pillow. I reported this to the reception, and was immediately given another room. The staff acted promptly and without fuss. "
