"What a nice stay we had the hotel very clean and the staff are very professional and very helpful"

"The accomodation was quite lovely, beautiful surroundings, quiet and still, easy parking and not too far from different amenities. Also nice having an onsuite bathroom for each room. The standard of the let was 3.5* the oven was not very clean or maintained inside and the skirting board continued to fall, the door on the shower kept jamming and the wet room allowed water to wonder further than it should when in use. These are trivialities though really. The real let down was the transparency of the booking. After booking for agreed amount, we were notified the cleaning cost was accidentally left out. +£100. The booking is a selling point for its hot tub, but in the advert it doesnt tell you its an extra £100 if you want to use it! I rate the property for a pleasant get away, but it fails to impress because of the poor customer care due to extra costs to get the full use of the let. If all was clear from the booking that would make it a worthwhile consideration. All in all we enjoyed our brief stay but felt a bit cheated in the end sadly."

"The flat was really well presented and equipped. Excellent big internet TV, good bed and shower. Handy parking outside too. "

"This house is lovely and the host Frankie has it decorated to match many tastes and it is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need and lots of things you don't realise you need, The beds are comfortable ensuring a goodnights rest. The bathrooms are spacious and everything is supplied. The kitchen was so well stocked it was home from home. The play room for the children was fabulous, our boys had so much fun.This was the first time the family had all been together for years and a great time was had by all. We were a group of mixed ages from 66 to 3.The house is fairly central to get to see the sights and is well worth a stay.The only niggle was the lack of a banister at the bottom of the stairs down to the kitchen, one of our boys wasn't paying attention and nearly went over the edge so extra adult attention was given for the rest of the stay.The garden is smashing and is a great relaxation area, plenty of room for kids to play, and a fab place for adult relaxation of an evening.Would definitely stay again ."
