"Very quick check-in . All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them though. Overall experience : excellent."

"The staff 5 star, service 5 star, beach and sunset 5 star, a la cart restaurant 4 star. Room, buffet, lack of auto payments or many food vendors were cash only and not able to charge to the room - 3 star. Had to have too much cash than i prefer to carry. Room was large but extremely outdated, even the lock chain was completely rusted. Staff were amazing!"
