Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso...

"Once you enter the apartment you get a wow factor. The sense of old and new combined with heritage preserved as best possible. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. And a comfortable lounge area. However the location was extremely disappointing and did not meet our requirements, very less than desirable acquaintances loitering the streets immediately outside the property and local streets made for very uncomfortable experiences. "Location! Amenities were very nice to have. Check-in/check-out process was very easy. Spacious, big closets & hanging racks. It was great to cook (kitchen is well supplied though oven didn't work). Nice to do laundry (bring your own detergent). Several queries left unanswered, quite a few broken items in apartment (curtain rod, oven, window latch) only one pillow for the bed is awkward, entry hall downstairs smells bad & the apartment is in need of a deep clean."

"This flat is generously sized for two people. The kitchen is stocked and has a washer and dryer, the bathroom has lots of storage and the apartment comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of the Guggenheim, restaurants and grocery. The building is safe, the internet good and overall a super experience."
