"The hotel was great, the check in person was brand new (her second day), she forgot to tell us a few things but it wasn’t a big deal. She didn’t tell us where the elevators were, breakfast hours, or check out time (easy enough to figure out ourselves). In the middle of the night my son got sick with food poisoning and ended up getting sick ALL over the carpet near the bed several times. The front desk got us extra towels and was very compassionate. We went out as soon as stores opened in the morning and cleaned the carpets that he was sick on piled everything dirty into the tub. The housekeeper was very understandable and compassionate. We will stay here again on our next trip to see our niece, the only negative we had about the hotel is that the pool was cold and there was no spa. We’re hoping the pool will be warmer next time. PS- Breakfast was great which was a nice bonus after a night of zero sleep caring for my son. "
