"There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! I didn't try breakfast this time but it's usually awesome with some version of eggs, breakfast treats, and make-your-own waffles; I just love that!"

"I requested a cancellation (paying for refundable,in case I got delayed) after arriving to the motel there wasn't anywhere to park the vehicle with trailer attached. Holiday inn Express was booked, luckily the Days inn had a room . I never checked in . Once I submitted cancellation upon arrival expedia reply was it was after check-in time. So you let me book the room, offer refundable,never check in , dishonored your refund and make me submit a claim. UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL OF MY CURRENT AND FUTURE TRAVELS WITH THIS SITE USING ANOTHER PROVIDER. THANKS!!"

"It was clean. I got a standard room and it was fine for what I needed. Note that there is an $11 up charge for each person above one you add to the reservation so make sure you have the right number of travelers selected when checking the prices "

"The pool was really nice and the room was clean. I tried to ask for an extra pillow (5 months pregnant) so that I could more comfortably lay in bed but they said they had a 2 pillow policy and wouldn't give me one more. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. Just wish I could have slept better with an extra pillow."
