"The location was perfect for our purpose - right near Roger Williams and the shops and restaurants near the waterfront. My youngest daughter loved being able to walk safely anywhere, anytime and talked up how beautiful Bristol was. The 3rd floor apartment was clean and cute and everything was as advertised in the ad. Hosts were easy to communicate with and replied in a timely manner. Definitely a top choice as my daughter hits RWU for the next few years!"

"Right out of the gate the host was friendly and helpful. The home is an older home but very well maintained and comfortable! The location is perfect as you’re only a block or two from great bars and restaurants. Check in and check out were simple. There was no problem finding street parking at all!Thank you Michele for providing us with a great rental for the weekend!!! We will be back!!"

"Great location. Very clean. It’s a little tight with 2 on the pullout couch but doable. It is a studio apartment as explained on the listing but is pretty spacious. We could have used more pillows and towels (5 pillows & 3 bath towels for 4 of us) but kitchen was well-supplied for our needs and the sheets and blankets were nice quality which was much appreciated! Some hosts provide a list of recommendations for the area but we did not find any on the posting or in the apartment. (Would have been nice to know which coffee shops, ice cream shops and restaurants were best, etc.)Nice windows/view and quick responses from a very pleasant host. Would recommend!"

"This sweet little house is clean, beautiful, laid out well for a small family or a group of friends and in an excellent location! We spent 3 nights here for our son's graduation from RWU and in our downtime we loved sitting on the small, covered porch watching the water and the activity on the East Bay Bike Path and leaving for bike rides and walks right from the house. The kitchen had everything that we needed (we didn't make large meals but I think it would be fine for that, as well), there were plenty of dishes and even adequate table space for the 6-person rental. Jontay was an excellent host - communicated in a timely manner and was helpful with any questions that came up. I can't recommend this little gem enough and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for the amazing stay in Bristol, Jontay!"
