"This is NOT a hotel and should be considered false advertising. I had to buy my own toilet paper, SOAP, pillowcases and towels to avoid using the same for my 21 night stay. There is NO cleaning service . The stench of the smoke from the neighbors permeates the whole room and causes nausea. One neighbor snores incessantly and I was unable to sleep as I was awakened by his wife cursing at him. "Lady there ripped off. I reserved an apartamento superior with a balcony but I got robbed in Rio and had no credit/debit cards, so I had to take a slightly later and far more more expensive flight. Anyway, I showed up slightly past the 1830 check in time or whatever. She told me the Apartmento Superiors were sold out and gave me the regular room without a working heater. Somehow I still had to pay the higher rate on account of them not accepting digital card so I paid in cash... "

"The room is large and the kitchenette is of a decent standard, modern. The location is good with shops in the locality, limited number of bars. The contact from the hosts was helpful as the entrance to the properties is not signposted. Ling ling washing is around the corner and would also recommend them if washing needs to be done."
