"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. "Reception on arrival a little bit disinterested but given it was 1aml, happy to overlook. Room nice and spacious, comfy beds, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from. My only gripe would be between us going downstairs to breakfast and returning to our room to collect luggage for check out, somehow our room door had been tampered with. The digital key access panel had been removed and replaced by a physical key entry. It was brushed off as nothing to be concerned about by the reception staff but being pretty well travelled I've never experienced anything like this previously. The need for hotel guests to feel the security of their luggage and personal belongings IS important and simply choosing to ignore such situations is really not good practice."
