SELF CHECK IN apartment on second floor!!
What I love about this apartment is that across the street is the beach, you can walk to the beach (30seconds).The apartment has a perfect location and you can see the ocean!! the kitchen is very wide and all of the furniture and appliance of the apartment are new! the neighborhood is very calm. Pet friendly!! Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation on a spacious apartment and in front off the beach!! from the apart you can see the ocean! You can see every launch of the NASA spaceship from the apartment!

The space:

Really wide apartment located in Indialantic at the city of Melbourne.
It has a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes, right by the beach. and surrounded with several beaches, which is one of the best reasons for tourist to visit. Local surfers will delight you with their performance. The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed, and has a closet for your belongings and a full bathroom that is shared with the other bedroom that has 1 queen size bed also with a closet and this bedroon has a smart TV.
The A/C has a central unit that is at 74°.
Living room has a smart tv and a couch, we also have a desk if you have to work during your stay.
-We have washer and dryer in the unit.
Free Parking for 1 car
Kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 6 burner stove /oven . All the dishes, pots/pans and utensils you need! The appliances are all news. We also provide towels and bed sheets
-Pets allowed. We have a one time pet fee.
Check in at 4:00 pm, for $35 you can check in at 2:00 pm.
Check out at 11:00 am, for $35 you can check out at 1:00 pm.
-Owner who lives from the renting of this place so I want the best for my guests.

Other things to note

property secured with cameras. Pets allowed, we have a one time pet fee. I don t allow more than 4 people in the property, no visit too. if any question about extra guests coming please let me know. the fee is $50 per day. The apartment can only be used for the people who rent the property.
I wanted to note that the A1A is. a busy street that you have to cross to get to the beach access, however there is a safe cross path one block away from the apartment.


IMPORTANT- If you book for the same day after 4pm we require a 2 hours of prior notice. So if you booked at 5pm to check in at that same day, your check in will be at 7pm, for example

Great location and wonderful apartment!

Spacious and super clean property. Great location, and wonderful communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed our trip, and the unit was perfect! Will be booking again.

It has potential to be a good alternative for a budget hotel. There are specific issues that need to be addressed. The front door was in bad shape; rusting with a single working lock and a door handle lock that was broken. The window shades were half missing/broken so it was lacking in privacy. I raised my safety concerns with the property manager and he reassured me it was safe, but we had concerns anyway. The beds also need to be replaced. They creaked so loudly it was impossible to sleep if someone turned over / moved in bed. All of this could be remedied if the owners were interested in making it a viable property.

Clean place in a great location!

Zero effort check in and check out. Also the place was very clean and in a great location. Property owner was also very attentive and made sure if we had any questions they were available.

Very Cold and Dirty Place

We had two couples (my sister and I and our husbands) and my female cousin. We had to pay $100 extra for my cousin, and yet they provided no extra towel - just four, and no washcloths. What we’re we paying extra for? She brought her own blow-up bed. This place needs a lot of updates, a woman’s touch, a deep cleaning, painting, and “homey” ambiance. It was very sterile and cold! The living room area had no recliners, no couch/loveseat, no tables, lamps, TV, nothing but a couple of old ragged chairs and a lot of open-ness. The bedrooms were very generic and not cozy! The only place where there was a TV was the “children’s” room with the two double beds. The owner’s cupboard in the kitchen was locked together with a cable wire - very very low-rate place and shady neighborhood. If you are using this strictly for the close beach access and nothing else, but sleeping, it might work for you, but if you’re wanting any down time at home, this is not your place! Never again would we be repeat customers!

Over all the apartment inside was nice and very clean .

The apartment is in a great location across from the beach and the inside is nice and clean. We didn’t know it was above a business however and I believe the owner lives downstairs. The cameras can make you feel uncomfortable outside . There was trash bins all over with what I think was a old sofa cushions on the side of the road. There really isn’t anywhere to sit outside and no couch or TV in the living space . The owner was very helpful and the check in process was easy. If you are just needing somewhere to sleep this is the place for you . I do not recommend this for a family with kids .

The apartment it’s self is nice but the host are a little pushy. We went on a family vacation for the beach over the weekend. We understand that the place only allowed 4 people staying which it was only 4 of us. We had friends come drop off stuff that stayed across the street and stayed for only two hours max. The host were complaining that we had extra heads and that they would charge 50 a person. Not did only Franco text us but some other lady did too.They also said we were playing loud music till 2 am and that our friends left at that time when they clearly didn’t.They left at 12:30 the latest when we got there after 10 pm at night ? Quite absurd if you ask me. If you wanna make false accusations maybe you should check your time stamp on your cameras since you basically live on them and make sure the time is correct. They also said if we didn’t like the rules we could leave or that they would file a complaint with VRBO. All this for some one coming for only about two hours that had their own place at the double tree. I guess this apartment is only for old people trying too enjoy a beach weekend. Oh and not too mention they have no cleaning supplies. No paper towels or sponge too wash the dishes ? Too much money for so many complaints. I would steer away from this place and look for something else.

Great beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Beautiful beaches just a short walk away and they provided the necessities like chairs and a cooler. Our daughters could have played in the ocean all day every day. During our stay we basically had the whole beach to ourselves; there were multiple different public beach access points. Only suggestion would be to put a TV in the living room - the only TV was in the 2nd bedroom. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Good Location - Good Value

The place was clean, spacious and nicely located as advertised. I rated it a 4.5 because if you want a good location, clean facility and a reasonable price, this is the location. I would recommend the owner provide better blinds in the front window and a couch (not enough comfortable seating). I was very impressed with how well the facility was stocked with linens etc. And the beds are quite comfortable. Kind of a weird setting with the commercial property downstairs - but it works. Parking is limited at times but very acceptable.

Great Gem

Really nice gem, centrally located. Clean, spacey and pleasant. Property manager is really nice. Only thing thought it was directly on the beach, its actually across the street.

Accommodations were nice

The space was nice, the walk to the beach was great. Our only problem was our last night we got neighbors in the unit next door that fought all evening. The walls were thin so we heard the whole thing. We awoke in the morning to someone puking which was as loud I thought it was in our unit. This unfortunate part of our stay was only a small part as we really did enjoy our stay.

Spacious Beach Getaway

When we first arrived at this apartment we were a little confused. Once we settle in, we realized we found gem. Clean, extremely spacious, and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for that special getaway. Large kitchen and living room to take care of those little toddlers before a nap. Just be careful crossing A1A to get to the beach...it’s very busy. Short walk to many restaurants and short driving distance to many historic sanctuaries like Pelican Island. Great central location to visit historic Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. We loved our stay and we had fun.

Some high school friends and I spent a weekend together in this property. Communication and execution of check in was flawless. Super owner and exceptionally accommodating. I would have appreciated a couch with TV in a common room instead of just in one of the bedrooms. I will definitely be back if I need to stay in the area. If only you could’ve done something about the weather. LOL

Great view, great value.

We were pleased overall with our stay. I knew what I was looking for in a rental and it met my expectations. We wanted, the beach and warm weather. We got that. We needed basic accommodations where we could fix breakfast and lunch, shower, and sleep. We got that. Appt. was clean and well kept. WIFI signal was strong. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. No hassle rental experience. If you are here for the beach experience and want good value, then this a good choice. There are a few things that you wont see in the property listing or the reviews. You must be able to go up and down 19 steps to get to the appt. It can get slippery over night. The living room has 2 chairs and a desk. There is no couch, no dining room table, and no TV. We spent most of our time in the kitchen at the large table with the 4 chairs looking at the ocean. Nothing wrong with that. There is a very large flat screen TV in the 2nd bedroom with the double beds, but no place to sit. The entry door lock is tricky. It opens fine with the combo but you have to make sure it is locked from the inside when you leave. There is an adjacent apartment with a door directly from our apartment. It appears to be locked out from both sides, but I couldnt be sure. I took valuables with me at all times just to be sure. I could here them talking next door, so I'm sure they could here us. The apartment is approximately 100 feet from Highway A1A and you can here the traffic all day and night. We still slept well. Crossing the highway can be a challenge if you move slowly. There were no pedestrian crossings within sight, although one was being completed close by. Again, I was pleased overall. I hope my comments help you find the place at the beach that is right for you. PS: If you like craft beer and small local brew pubs, check out Beachfly Brewery and Intracoastal Brewery while you are here.

Great Location Even Better View!

Don’t hesitate to book your stay you will not be disappointed. Spacious, well appointed, very clean, and all with that view of the ocean! Directly across from public access to beach makes a day at the beach convenient. Property owner Franco is extremely easy to deal with always prompt and helpful. Would recommend highly recommend this property... my family would happily stay again.

Apartment was very nice, clean and close to everything (including the beach). Very quiet .
