This was my third time at this property and it never disappoints! I was only in town for a night but took advantage of the deck and lanai area watching the storm roll in. It’s clean, well maintained and the staff was so polite.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Definitely a hidden local gem. Friendly staff and our room was clean. We spent 5 nights here and were comfortable. I think it’s awesome they let you borrow chairs umbrellas and other beach gear. The big hotels charge extra for that stuff! You won’t find a better deal to stay on the beach.

I had booked this for out of town family who rarely get the beach experience. The staff were so very kind in helping me make this stay for my family so enjoyable and memorable. They absolutely loved the access to the beach! Room was clean with good emenities. We will definitely book this place for out of town guests in the future!

Older holiday property with loads of character. My room was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was great and the pation area had a full view of the beach. My room had a full kitchen and a nicely renovated bathroom. I'll definitely stay here again.

To start your stay, you’ll meet Debbie at the office front desk, who is a wonderful human being! She is so helpful and tries to accommodate in any way she can! The cottages are as cute as can be… we had one with a kitchen and living room area, which was a great set up. The bathroom is tiny, but it’s an old cottage (updated, of course), and it is what it is. No complaints here. The shower was great, the sink and toilet worked and everything was very clean! The kitchen was totally adequate with all of what you’d need for a beach vacation. Microwave, small stove/oven, coffee pot with filters and some coffee to get you started, full sized Fridge, ice waiting . Everything very clean. These are quaint old and adorable cottages - perfect if you don’t like staying in those big hotels. The grounds were lovely, had well manicured landscaping and paths that took you around the property. Easy parking, easy to get your belongings to your cottage. There’s chairs for sitting on the grassy beachside, and a nice covered spot for sitting with family/friends during the day in the shade if the sun gets too hot. The property is adjacent to one of the public beach access walkways over the dunes and right to the beach! They do provide fold up camping chairs to use. We brought our own beach chairs that were more beach friendly for us. Would highly recommend!

This was true old florida! What a remarkable stay with a treasureful of sweet surprises in how attentive and calming this resort is. I am so pleased that I have found this wonderful hide-a-way and will absolutely return. It is not your usual place but if you value authenticity and charm then this would be the place for you. The kitchen studio wants for nothing! Kudos to the management and staff! xoxoxo

Quaint older but remodeled motel tucked in among condos. Room is very clean with a well equipped kitchen including range/stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Check-in was easy and the staff is friendly and helpful. View of the water and steps down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was fully equiped and the layout of the suite was perfect for 2 people. This little gem is nestled between high rises making me wonder how it is still there. The oceanfront sitting area was very comfortable with beautiful ocean views.
