You can get your basic groceries at the Wreck General Store, 10 min away, but it is a decent drive (to Baddeck or Ingonish) to go to a real grocery store. I recommend coming prepared! Beautiful area though!!

The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. The facilities were run down, no hot water in showers and water ran down to no pressure along with mold in bathrooms. We had a wonderful two-night stay. It was rustic and very homey. It had all of the conveniences of home. The location was amazing. We were able to explore the Cabot Trail and come back "home" to relax.
