Good place for the location and price
Overall the place was clean and nice. It was the right amount of space for the 3 of us. The house and neighborhood are from the mid 50’s and it shows even though it’s very clean with an updated floor. The walls are thin and the windows are old single pane glass slats that open, but no screens…you will hear everything from inside and out. Bonus you can sometimes hear the waves in the predawn hours.
The master bedroom is spacious but the attached bathroom is tiny…standup shower is tight for an average person.
Kitchen is decent but faucet could be updated or fixed so it can move around the double sink.
The inclosed porch is small and the foosball table isn’t worth the space it takes up.
We spent lots of time outside on the patio but the a/c unit is right next to you and is loud and annoying, but you’re shaded all day in that spot. The hot tub is amazing! Very strong jets and in great condition!
The outside shower is less than desirable for even rinsing off the ocean/sand.
Nice size backyard but not taken care of.
Location is great to the beach, restaurants, shopping and pubs!
Overall we were happy with this place and just wanted to leave an honest review.
