"My stay was great. If there were two improvements that could be made, I would say 1. Signage around the outside property, explanations, and more signage on the inside, and 2. Higher sofas. The sofa was too low for someone with hip issues. "

He provided helpful suggestions for exploring the memorials and ensured our comfort with a late checkout and early room service. We would also like to thank Youssef (our bartender), Selamawit, Jackie, and Brandon (the front desk team), and Fish and Brandole (our welcoming bellmen), all of whom treated us with genuine care and warmth. "We booked a one night stay to make it to a concert. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and the breakfast was lovely! I appreciated the extra safety precautions such as scanning your room card inside the elevator so that no one could come to your floor unless you are staying there. Would definitely consider staying here again! "
