"Whenever I do a PA to Ohio trip, I stay at this hotel, regardless of whether it is the cheapest or not. After a year, Terry, the night manager, recognized me. Imagine how many people a year a hotel manager serves. He is extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms are to fancy but they are clean. Everything works. There are no surprises which I love in a hotel. It is rare to find a two star motel with this high a rating. Customer service really DOES matter. I would recommend this Motel 6 to anyone staying in the area. "
