The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. We called the front desk just to find out that the manager was aware there was a problem. WHY WOULD YOU RENT OUT A ROOM THAT YOU KNEW THERE WAS GOING TO NE AN ISSUE? HE SAID THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AT 730AM. we called at 730AM and she came down and unplugged the cable box and it came back on. It happened twice more that day. My husband went to the front desk to complain again. We requested to change rooms. They did move us. The same thing happened with that tv. And there was no tray In that coffee maker. He took it up to the front desk and they said "oh yeah, people accidentally throw those away😐 My son and daughter-in-law stayed in another room with the same issues. The Cable boxes get hot in the cabinet under the TV and they stop working. We WON'T BE RECOMMENDING OR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AHAIN "
