Beautiful studio apartment attched to our home in town, walking distance to Devoe beach on Burt Lake, with access to inland water way. Mackinaw is just 25 min away to spend the day on the island or shopping around are a Located in the heart of down town indian river. We welcome beachers, skiers, hikers, hunters, fishers, snowmobilers and relaxers. We have nearby resturaunts and local bars around the corner. We have room for trailers and parking. We look forward to each and every guest. We love living here so much we are thrilled to enjoy it with others.

Great little bnb with you own space. Owner has a fresh bowl of fruit and bottle of wine for your stay which is a wonderful touch and makes you feel welcome

Nice, clean place. Way better than a hotel. It was cute and had a lot of amenities for a smaller area. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I'd stay again.

Owner is very friendly. Left us some fresh fruit which came in handy for breakfast. Very comfortable chair and bed. Kitchen is extremely clean and very well equipped.

Clean and Convenient

Thanks for the clean nice accommodations. Really appreciated a place that we could rent for one night. Our first visit to Indian River. We were able to walk downtown and grab dinner on the River. Very pretty!

Way home.

Wanted a clean place away from the main stream motel/hotel crowd, avoiding the virus. It was just perfect for what we needed and wanted. Very clean and nice, could back right up to the door and nice safe neighborhood to take a walk in.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very neat and clean. It was nicely set up for two people and a great location to fit our travel plans. My husband especially enjoyed the large tv 😃

Was super clean, super cute. Even though it's attached to their home it was very quiet. It felt very private. I think the old open food should be thrown out before new people come to stay. I also think it's a little high in price considering you have to drive 30 minutes to get to anything and everything. They had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit on the table waiting for us. Overall excellent property just a little high in price.

Everything I required, and then some.

My daughters and I spent a night in the loft. The space had everything we needed for comfort and convenience. We felt right at home. We loved Indian River, off the tourist path, but in close proximity to everything in the area. Next time we will bring our kayaks and launch them on the nearby river.

Clean, cute and easy!

Doug and Amanda were great, and the studio apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip! I appreciated the ease of checking in and out, and the basket of fruit and bottle of wine were a kind touch. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable spot to unwind

My husband and I needed a spot to stop and rest along our trip route and this place was great for it. Super clean, comfy chairs and murphy bed to crash a while and a couple good restaurants to grab a drink and some food close by. Owner was super nice and we loved being greeted by the family pets when we arrived
