"Absolutely beautiful location! The beach house offers tons of space for family and friends to enjoy. The elevator was wonderful with older adults, and the pool/spa were enjoyed thoroughly by the children. Overall, a great place for a 3-generation gathering!"

"We were very comfortable, only disappointing part was pool heater not operational, yet due to recent hurricanes if that was the only issue we were blessed, Alan stayed in contact with us at all times."

"Very clean -nice pickle ball courts across the road if you play - quiet neighborhood with people walking every morning- when you walk back from the beach a shower (and foot shower) in the back patio before you enter the side door is a nice touch - washer and dryer in the back building- very clean with A/C heater units in each so you can control your sleeping temperature- very were very quiet and efficient- definitely will stay again "

"The staff was wonderful, always polite and accommodating. Facilities on property was very nice, including restaurants, Bars, Mini golf, ect. Parking was hard. They have under building parking and it was hard to park there. Always full and it was so hot outside that my chapstick melted all in my cubby. When splash park closed parking was easier."

Amazing Location in the Heart of Indian Rocks Beach just Steps to the Sand!

Great condo, great location

"We love the IRB area and this condo was excellent. The location was just steps from the beach, with a view from the deck. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Our host was communicative and responsive. We hope to return!"

"Great place to stay for families, close to the beach. You can walk within minutes to the beach. Waterpark access was great for the kids. 1 pass is given per room and additional are at cost but pricing is reasonable. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming."

"We loved working with Kay. She and her husband were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. The home was in a great location for our family. We loved having direct access to the beach, and we enjoyed time in the beautiful pool each day. We were thankful that we were able to grill food right out back as well. Overall, this was an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend this location to others."

Great House and Location

"We had 12 adults staying at the house on a golf trip, and were all accommodated more than adequately. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the linens fresh, appliance all in great working condition, plenty of supplies. While we didn't get to spend time in the hot tubs or down at the beach, there was really nothing negative about the place and several of the guests have made a note to book it in the future on other golf and/or family beach trips. "

Delightful cottage with dolphin watching!

"The location is ideal near delicious walkable restaurants and situated to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Very private. Enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay and sitting outside on range of chairs and dining table. We spotted three dolphins and endless flying fish. Absolutely would return!"

Graduation celebration

"Needed a place to stay for granddaughter’s law school graduation at Stetson in Gulfport. We absolutely loved the house and the amazing location. The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was perfect, I would call it a rare find. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing!"
