"We had a 1 night stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant at the hotel where we ate breakfast. The food and serve was very good. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and there are a few restaurants around. I would stay here again"

"This house was perfect for our family group of ten! The location was perfect as well with beach access and the best ice cream just steps away! Loved the view of the beach from the house especially from the rooftop deck which we enjoyed! Pool was beautiful as well. The house was well stocked and especially loved the special touches the owner provided - robes, matching beach towels in each bedroom as well as matching pool towels in the pool area which was very nice with a grill and TV to relax in. Nice beach chairs, a few umbrellas and wagons to pack up for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would want this house again if we returned back to Indian Rocks Beach!"

"This property is perfection. What a beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend a week with family. Being right on the beach was perfect for us. Kids easily spent time in the ocean and the pool every day. Plenty of beach towels and toys were provided as well as other amenities that made us feel special. The owner and staff were reachable at anytime and took care of anything we needed.. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home. We wish we were still there!"

"Last minute trip to take my grandson to the beach in water park at Indian rocks the hotel is very comfortable clean wonderful location close to shops restaurants and the water park right next door was a big hit with my grandson would definitely come back and stay here again . Hotel staff was very friendly knowledgeable which made it a great stay with definitely return again with my family in the future"

"This house was perfect for our family vacation. The property location offers easy access to the beach & local dining within walking distance. The beach wagon & chairs came in handy. We bought an umbrella & left it at the property for the next guests to enjoy. Everything you may need was provided. I highly recommend this property. There's only 2 small things I would like to suggest. The pictures on VRBO may need updated. The pictures listed outside & inside are different in person. Also there was not a blowdryer as indicated in the description. Like I said these were too minor things. Overall, excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay again!"
