Indian Wells Country Club (IWCC) Prestigious location behind 24 hour guarded gates for privacy and safety.
Sunny SOUTHFACING views of magnificent mountains, fountain oasis and miles of luscious green fairway.

Experience luxury living in the stunning and comfortable 4,400 sq. home situation on a fabulous double lot adjacent to the IWCC. The property offers breathtaking views of the mountains, the sprawling golf courses and the fountain oasis beyond.

The elegant foyer is open to a separate beautifully appointed living room with a fireplace over looking the pool and extended views. The formal dining room with full bar is also located off the elegant foyer.

There is a large kitchen with pantry which includes a casual dining area and TV room with all of the sports channels to boot. Laundry room is near. There is a passthrough to the outdoor barbecue and additional out door dining. The nearby fire pit is essential for cozy evenings and star gazing.

The 75 foot of automatic awnings protects one on an afternoon swim.

The bedroom suites include full bath, spacious closets, smart TVs and private landscaped patios.

The home is tailored for high-end visitors who appreciate art and expensive amenities. Gardener, saltwater pool, and pest control services are included for your convenience. Excellent Housekeeper is available upon request. Four air conditioners/furnaces, and a water purifying system are included for your comfort. This rental is perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden (Paraba) is available for your tennis game. Indian Wells Golf Resort has two award winning Troon 18 hole courses with a wonderful restaurant and bar. Offers access to professional shopping and training center. A short trip to El Paseo, the shopping mecca of the desert, are all accessible by golf cart, if preferred. Golf carts are also available for rent from Golf Cart Services for golfing or trips to El Paseo Drive. Details are available once payment has been received.

A housekeeper/driver are available by appointment, and a damage deposit is required. Please speak to the owner for more information. A car is not required for transportation and please submit pets for approval.

Fabulous setting!

This beautiful home with a Southern exposure is situated on a double lot, overlooking the golf course and mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed this expansive backyard with the pool, spa, and fire pit. The inside offered beautiful views, with its large windows and high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own en suite. Susan, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Caregivers for the home were also very kind and responsive to any needs. We would love to stay again. Michelle

Indian Wells Beauty

My husband and I have truly enjoyed this remarkable home. You are surrounded with fabulous beauty inside and out. The home is appointed so well that you do not need one thing more to add to your comfort. The outdoor area is lovely with the mountains as a backdrop and the golf course absolutely lovely. The owner has always been very accommodating and is anxious to see that your stay is wonderful.

Indian Wells paradise!

What an beautiful home with incredible surroundings! My wife and I could have stayed there forever. The backyard patio overlooking the beautiful golf course is great and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with lush grass and colorful flowers to enjoy on our daily walks. We enjoyed the area golf courses, polo on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons and sun, sun and more sun. The owner was very attentive and very friendly--she made us feel very much at home.
