The location was perfect, five minutes away from our job, restaurants, grocery stores and banks all close by. for our stay during the week, my brother and I working out of town, would come home on the weekends. I asked the host if they would mind extending the refundable security deposit to the following week instead...

They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend."
