Our 3300 square foot 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home in the Montage gated community is less then 1 mile from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds. An easy walk, or, short bike ride to all of the festival events. Perfect entertainers home to host numerous families (Sleeps up to 14/4 Double Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 1 King, 2 Sleeper Sofas & 1 air mattress) .

(4 55"+ HDTV), WIFI, Pool Table, Gas BBQ, Misting System, Putting Green, HEATED saltwater pool (83) and spa (102), custom seating area with fire pit!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Master Suite has a King size bed, full size sleeper sofa, 55" TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate soaking tub, and shower. Direct access to the pool.
Bedroom 2: Attached Casita, ensuite bathroom and private entrance
Bedroom 3: (2) Full Bunk Beds, 55" TV, Jack and Jill bathroom
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Jack and Jill bathroom.
Living Room- Sleeper Sofa, 65" TV
There is a queen air mattress and/or a pack and play available upon request.

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have comfortable sectional sofa that doubles down as a sleeper sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65' Samsung TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. There is also a pool table and dart board in the game room.
OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 55" outdoor TV, a massive custom over sized seating area with fire pit, Celebrity greens putting green, built in gas BBQ, and a custom misting system to keep you nice and cool.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
LOCATION:
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
We have an indoor/outdoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Coachella 1- $25,000 (Includes Thursday morning check in and Monday afternoon check out)

Coachella 2- $12,000 (Includes Thursday morning check in and Monday afternoon check out)

Stagecoach- $15,000 (includes Thursday morning check in and Monday afternoon check out)

The house is in the Montage gated community, within a mile of the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds. It's a easy walk or short bike ride to festival events.

Please treat our home and our neighbors as you would your home and your neighbors. Montage does have permanent residents and does monitor noise level. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. If there is excessive loud music that is disturbing the peace and security is called to the house, there is a $250 fine and it will be taken out of your security deposit. We want you to have as much fun as possible, but, please be respectful.

PARKING- Please note all cars must be parked in our 3 car garage, or, on our driveway which fits an additional 3 vehicles. Montage does not allow street parking. 6 cars can comfortably fit on premises.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party.
