The tastefully furnished great room is the perfect space for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan, fireplace, and a 55” TV with YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for everyday meals as well as entertaining. stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. The primary suite is nicely decorated and features a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub. 1 guest room has a queen bed and a walk-in closet with a full bath located next to it. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Private backyard with spa, firepit and a gas grill. Gated community has Troon golf courses, 2 outdoor swimming pools and spas, an indoor pool, bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts. The community also has 2 clubhouses, each with state-of-the-art fitness centers. HOA regulations require a 31-day minimum stay, and at least 1 resident must be over 55. Available May 1, 2024 - Oct 12, 2024
