THE SPACE

A fully updated lakefront home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and lake or mountain views throughout. Every bedroom has a king bed, premium linens, and a 55" Smart TV. Two twin rollaway beds are ready in the primary closet for you to set up in whichever room works best for your group, and a crib is on hand for the littlest guests — comfortably sleeping 12.

A full chef's kitchen for cooking and entertaining a crowd — full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee, plus all the cookware, dishware, and glassware you need to host the whole group.

- Self check-in via keypad — your code arrives before arrival

- Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM (up to 2 hrs flex when available, ask in your pre-arrival message)

- Pool & spa heated to 85°F included; warmer on request for $50/day with 24 hrs notice

- Up to 2 dogs welcome with advance notice

- Departure cleaning included; mid-stay cleaning available

- Parking in driveway/garage only (no street parking — HOA-enforced); please observe community speed limits

- Use of pool, spa, and equipment is at guests' own risk
